Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to acutely ill patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment. Participates in performance improvement activities. Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures and standards.
High School graduate or equivalent is preferred and successful completion of certified nursing assistant program and BLS certification. Must be CPR certified. Previous hospital experience preferred.
Qualified candidates must demonstrate they possess excellent customer service skills, have advanced computer skills, and the ability to be flexible, organized and function well under stressful situations. Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred. Previous Position requires candidates to demonstrate they are a motivated individual who can multi-task with good time management and organization skills. Good computer skills with excellent attention to detail. Qualified candidates are proven team players; quality focused and delivers a high level of customer service. Qualified candidates must exemplify WNH "Standards of Performance" and be in alignment with goals and objectives of the organization.
